Analysis of travel demands of development proposals to assess how they can best be accommodated to promote use of varied modes, analysis of impacts and identification of necessary mitigation measures. The aim is to accommodate the often conflicting requirements of the developer and central and local government in satisfying regulators of the appropriateness of the proposals.
