All staff are encouraged to attend external CPD courses in order to keep up to date with current trends and methods within our industry. For graduates and young engineers, we know the importance of mentoring in the early years of your career. We support junior staff through day release and modern apprenticeship schemes to achieve professional qualifications and Institution membership. We run accredited Graduate Training Schemes which provide structured training towards Chartership and helps develop a strong technical background. Our training doesn’t stop there – all staff are encouraged and supported to develop their technical, management and business experience to enable growth into project and business delivery roles.
