The firm is providing multi-disciplinary services, with sub-consultants providing architectural and M&E designs. Existing services critical to railway operations severely constrain the ability to install foundations which require to be piled due to poor ground conditions. Previously, Fairhurst were temporary works designers for the replacement of a footbridge at the station which had to be designed and approved in a four week period to enable a Christmas possession to be complied with.
