Planning & Development Division

The Planning & Development Division offers a comprehensive multi-disciplinary package of services to undertake the assessment, planning, co-ordination, design and implementation of development projects which simplifies the Client’s task of co-ordination, but ensuring the Client’s full executive control of the project.
The Division is currently offering advice on environmental, retail, residential, employment, infrastructure, mineral and waste planning matters throughout the UK.

Members of the Division also provide expert witness services for Development Plan and Public Inquiries.
