This Project represents a major investment to Aberdeen Exhibition & Conference Centre’s existing Development providing enhanced and modern office, banqueting, exhibition and conference facilities.
The design of the re-development had to cater for construction within a live, working Conference Centre which had to be kept operational at all times. Special construction methods were developed to minimise disruption to the Centre and remove health & safety risks to the public.

Bob is a Chartered Engineer and a Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers. He has been a Partner in Fairhurst for 15 years and has been Chairman responsible for the overall management of Fairhurst for the past 6 years. As a firm believer in a ‘hands on approach’ he continues to direct projects in which he is involved in this manner and encourages Partners to follow his example.
