Redevelopment of an existing listed building to provide retail premises. The works comprise the demolition of the existing structure, whilst constructing a new steel frame structure providing accommodation at four levels.
Redevelopment of an existing Grade A listed building to provide three retail units to modern requirements. The works include demolition of existing building with retention of the front façade and construction of new steel frame structure. Existing basement is to be deepened to provide usable retail accommodation.
Roof works to include maintenance of roof feature and reconstruction of roof to original profile including reinstatement of west roof feature removed in the 1930’s.

Graeme is a Chartered Engineer with twenty years experience in the design of a wide range of civil and structural engineering. He began his career with Arup working both in the UK and abroad before joining a private practice in Edinburgh where he was made Associate. In 2001 Graeme joined Fairhurst as Technical Director and has run the Dundee Office for the past 5 years.
