Fairhurst was responsible for providing, for Client Subsea 7, a major oil company, full civil & structural engineering design and consulting services for their new headquarters building, covering their northern hemisphere.

Details of the services provided under this commission include:

  • Geotechnical site investigation.
  • Provision of full civil & structural design.
  • Provision of traffic and transportation consultancy services.
  • Preparation of a traffic impact assessment.
  • Car parking layouts and site access routes and alternative proposals.
  • Car park and underbuilding drainage schemes detailed to tie in with existing.
  • Assistance with cost management.
  • SER certification.
