Dundee Central Waterfront Development is a prestigious scheme aimed at enhancing the central waterfront area of the city and creating new commercial and residential areas in harmony with proposed landscaped areas.

Fairhurst was awarded a contract to design both foul and surface water infrastructure in an area where unconsolidated infill of the former dock area has left a legacy of extremely poor ground conditions coupled with groundwater which is influenced by tidal changes.
