Planning Application for a development proposal at Land adjacent to Tilbury Road, Middlesbrough

Fairhurst are initiating in public consultation for a proposed development at Tilbury Road, Middlesbrough. The proposed development will comprise of; new Container Storage; 3no Workshops; 2no Welfare Blocks; Repair Lines; Associated Car Park; Highways works and Associated Landscaping.

Please find attached in the download link below, a copy of the proposed site plans and elevations. The forthcoming application will also be accompanied by a Transport Statement, Planning Statement and Statement of Community Involvement (SCI) setting out the findings of this community consultation exercise.
