Fairhurst worked with Grainger plc on a planning application for a residential development comprising approximately 100 homes. The proposed development will be sited on land in Widdrington Station, between residential properties fronting the B1337 Grangemoor Road, Grange Road and Greenfield land to the west and south. The site is identified on the site plan above.
Grainger plc values the input of local communities, and considers community benefit a key outcome of any development.
Outline planning permission was granted in August 2016 and Grainger PLC are now working with national house builders looking to develop the site.
