As a leading planning consultancy, we work with an impressive range of public and private sector clients, providing expert advice and securing planning permissions for high-profile development projects across the UK.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their planning needs and guide them through the planning process
  • Prepare and submit planning applications, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies
  • Work on Planning projects in various regimes, such as Marine, Environmental, Renewable and Major Infrastructure
  • Engage with stakeholders, local authorities, and communities to advocate for projects
  • Conduct thorough assessments to support Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA)
  • Manage EIA projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to standards
  • Stay current with planning legislation, policy updates, and best practices in the field

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

  • Relevant qualifications in planning
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and project management
  • Experience in planning consultancy or EIA management is desirable, but not essential for entry-level positions.
  • A commitment to sustainability and responsible development.
