As part of their store expansion program, Fairhurst are supporting Home Bargains with the delivery of a number of new retail premises throughout the Southwest and South and West Wales.This site is Greenfield and is located within and existing retail area to the south of Gillingham in North Dorset.
The new store comprises circa 18,000 sq. ft of retail space and associated external yards and car parking. Fairhurst initially assisted Home Bargains with the purchase of the site with pre-acquisition advice. Subsequently, our services expanded into the provision of geo-environmental and full civil and structural services through tender and construction stages.
The project is due for completion in May 2024.
