Design of support system for stone façade on 11 storey mixed use residential apartments and Four Seasons Hotel.
Built on the site of an historic villa and deemed historically significant in 2014 by Miami-Dade County. The Surfside historic villa is a two-story beach-front and was the first apartment house in Surfside.
Because this building is historically significant, the firm will preserve its façade as part of its extension of the Surf Club Four Seasons Residences.
