Fairhurst was appointed as part of the design team by Highlands & Islands Enterprise to provide structural, civil and geo-environmental services to RIBA Stage 4 through a NEC3 professional services contract.
Fairhurst were novated to Robertson Construction (Northern) Ltd to RIBA Stage 7 including input on the tenant fit-out.
The development comprises of a two- story steel frame with composite first floor, RC ground floor slab, RC strip/pad foundations, with associated car parking. Units are to be let to businesses in the health sciences/veterinary sector.
