Fairhurst was commissioned by Summerfield Homes to provide civil and structure design support for their 2-phase [56 unit] housing development in the Somerset village of Curry Rivel. This included design of substructure, infrastructure and attenuation features. Due to the timescales between phases, separate SUDs features were utilised for each phase with a single discharge through phase 1 to an open watercourse.
