The RICS North East Award showcase the most inspirational initiatives and developments in land, real estate, construction and infrastructure. Not one, but three of our projects have been shortlisted for two categories at the Awards.
North Sheilds Transport Hub, Morpeth Leisure Centre, and Parklife Newcastle Hubs have all been selected as contenders for the Community Benefit Award and Public Sector Award.
Award winners will be announced at the black-tie event on 3rd June 2024 at The Great Hall in Newcastle. The winner from the regional awards will determine who is going forward as a finalist to compete at October’s national event.
