Redrow’s development, Greenways, is located in the picturesque coastal town of Deal, in the suburb of Betteshanger. This project will transform unused land into an elegant residential community featuring 163 homes, all part of Redrow’s award-winning Heritage Collection. Fairhurst has been appointed as the civil consultant for the planning support and detailed design aspects of the development, providing expert guidance to ensure the successful realisation of this ambitious project.

A bulk earthworks cut and fill analysis was carried out using 3D modelling software, which aided the client in acquiring the appropriate earthworks balance for the development. In addition to the cut and fill analysis, SuDS features such as basins were integrated within the landscaping, enhancing the natural quality of the Greenways development. These efforts have contributed to making Betteshanger the scenic and well-planned community it is today.
