Our close engagement with the Client allowed us to develop a deep understanding of their vision, leading to low-carbon, efficient civil engineering designs that are well coordinated with other disciplines and truly reflect what the client and their stakeholders require.
Our well-established relationships with Scottish Water, SEPA, the Local Authority Roads Team and others proved critical to programme delivery at Cloverhill. We bring this strength to every project.
On the technical front, we led the design of earthworks and worked closely with the contractors and regulatory authorities to deliver a highly efficient engineered solution which avoided the requirement for specialist foundations and improved the sustainability credentials of the project.
