We are proud to announce that our project, Cloverhill, has been shortlisted for Social Housing Project of the Year at the 2025 Structural Timber Awards. This development, built in collaboration with Bancon Construction and Deeside Timberframe, was designed for Aberdeen City Council and delivers over 500 homes, including housing tailored for wheelchair users and dementia-friendly living. 

The nomination recognises the successful use of timber technology within the UK’s affordable homes sector. The award focuses on developments that deliver high quality buildings that cater to specific resident and operator needs, homeless/temporary living and enhance local communities to provide comfortable, sustainable living for residents.

Winners will be announced on 1 October 2025 at the Structural Timber Awards.
