Fairhurst is delighted to announce that Barnsley 340 has been shortlisted in the “ESG Excellence” category at The Yorkshires. Commercial Real Estate Awards 2024, organised by the Yorkshire’s Children’s Charity.
Commissioned by Glencar, the client, this project is known to be ‘a vital cog in a thriving community, poised to drive economic growth and job opportunities in the region.’ Barnsley 340 sets the benchmark as a sustainable development having coveted a BREEAM “Excellent” rating and constructed with a net-zero carbon footprint.
Winners will be announced on May 9th, 2024 at the official awards.
